ENERGY SURCHARGE

Dear Customer:
The price of fuel oil in Europe, and for global hydrocarbon energy in general, after an increase to unprecedented levels last summer came back to more normal levels. As a result, effective January 1st 2009, we have suspended the energy surcharge from our Celite plant in Murat (France).
In case the price of Heavy Fuel was to increase significantly back again, we reserve the right to re-implement it.
Any change in the surcharge becomes effective the 26th day of each month.
